Job Description

The Instrumentation Technician is responsible for supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities including customer demonstrations, material evaluation, on-site installation, and servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems for all products and markets.

Responsibilities

Ensure safety and QA procedures are followed for all work being carried

Ensure QA card has all the relevant fields completed and signed off for all work that he/she carries out

Ensure safety and quality of products and report any problem through the correct chain of command

Report status and progress to Technical Manager/Managing Director

Compile product drawings, procedures, reports, and calculations as required

Safeguard product workflow and make certain that downtime and unanticipated problems are minimized and all personnel within his/her control are working efficiently

Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and test associated equipment

Fault-find and resolve problems within his/her areas of competence

Deal with clients, suppliers, and other departments/companies

Ensure all outgoing jobs are completed at a high standard

Work and collaborate with other service engineers to ensure that deliverables are met

Ensure that projects are completed within agreed schedule and budget

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Has strong working knowledge of instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical engineering concepts and terms

Has proven strong technical knowledge and is customer-oriented

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities

The Key Account Associate is responsible for managing clients, maintaining reports, and monitoring solution strategies. He/She is also expected to handle multiple customer accounts and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain positive relations with customers, internal business unit leaders and strategic business relationships

Analyze and auditing audit customer documents
